Great day, still got the t-shirts, flags, hats, the lot. My dad thought it'd be a once in a blue moon trip and bought me everything there was.

Great day despite the result, had forgotten that Muggleton saved a 2nd penalty that they had. Went to the away game at Ewood park that season and remember rooster russell running the ball into the net over 45 yards, bizarre goal.

I do miss the old Wembley, shame they couldn't of kept it and rebuilt the new stadium nearby, cost ineffective I know

I was 9, first time at Wembley. I'm welling up just thinking about it! There was such an amazing atmosphere there that day and to lose like we did.....

what made it worse although they had spent a bit of dough we were the better team and matched them on the park, just never got that run of the green, especially with that dive by Speedie. Was a great day though apart from the result, leicester fans out numbering them northern tramps all over the place in london, if i remember correctly they just hid round the back of the ground all day.
