foxsake123 Posted 23 October 2011 Posted 23 October 2011 3-5-2 is the key with the players we have until xmas now. Bring Tunchev back. and St Ledger on the bench. Wellens, Johnson sit in midfield and King play behind the strikers.

Wellens, Johnson sit in midfield and King play behind the strikers. Although generally not a formation I favour, that might, in the short term at least be a reasonable call. But then, it would take a bit of practice and organisation, something that we have not shown all season and I do not expect to see anytime soon..... Changing the formation makes no sense whatsoever in our present situation as half the players still will not know what their roles are and the other half probably won't care. Until we get some discipline and a degree of team work into the side it doesn't matter the slightest what formation we play, it is completely irelevant.....
Number 6 Posted 24 October 2011 Posted 24 October 2011 Still no Moussa mentions? Personally would try a front 3 of Nugent, Beckford and Schlupp.
cc_star Posted 29 October 2011 Posted 29 October 2011 Moussa on the right, Dyer on the left. Serving Nuge & Schlupp up front.
justfoxes Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 Leicester City have been linked with a move for former Celtic forward Teddy Bjarnason. The 24-year-old Icelandic international has one-year left on his current deal with IFK Gothenburg, but he has confirmed that he would consider a move back abroad. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12876_7272076,00.html
Thracian Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 If you want a good attacking presence on the pitch, play with 2 wingers. Leeds for example we had Snodgrass and Gradel on each wing and caused no end of problems for teams, Wingers work, we basically outplayed West Ham using 2 Wingers. It seems the only sensible way of using two proper wingers and still retaining the strikers necessary to finish off the chances created...given that we don't have two central midfielders capable of holding the fort properly on their own and we need to exploit King's goals potential.
wagfox Posted 30 October 2011 Posted 30 October 2011 Gally on left, Pelts on right, Pantsil fill in at right back, Sclupp and Nugent up front against Burnley. ( if Gally fit? )
