Corky Posted 2 November 2011 Posted 2 November 2011 It seems like only 5 minutes ago some people were questioning what Stowell was even bringing to the table and why he as a seemingly poor goal-keeping coach was doing as a full time team coach. Now he's the one to get us promoted Pretty much what I've been wondering.

Jacnah Posted 2 November 2011 Posted 2 November 2011 i knew a guy who worked at a horse training ground and he used to time the horses then he'd give use tips. we made a fortune backing horses no one had ever heard of... Point is being in the know is more important than going with the flow. The guys behind the scenes know what the best team is and how to play. Maybe, but it doesn't sound like he was selecting and coaching the horses...just watching something that somebody else creates and then predicting an outcome isn't the same thing.....there usually a reason why backroom boys are backroom boys...they can be brilliant at what they do, but what they do isn't managing the club
