Foxes_Trust Posted 28 June 2005 Posted 28 June 2005 Just a reminder if you are going to complete our recent survey, we need to have received it by the end of this month, so the findings can be discussed at the Open Meeting on July 5th. Based on the analysis so far (as they would say in many reality shows) the votes are very close - so there is still time to sway the results by getting your views submitted (it really is true as well) Its your chance to have a say, so don't miss out & then moan at the outcome
Mark Posted 28 June 2005 Posted 28 June 2005 Just sent mine. If you haven't bothered, bother! Have your say on improving the atmosphere and removing Henry. It's got to worth a go just for that, only takes 5 minutes
Knighton Matt Posted 28 June 2005 Posted 28 June 2005 is there a link for this or do you have to be a member of the FT to participate?
Mark Posted 28 June 2005 Posted 28 June 2005 Think you have to email and ask for a survery

Foxes_Trust Posted 29 June 2005 Author Posted 29 June 2005 im looking to do mine tomorrow, what time are we looking at as a deadline? 129684 midnight latest !
Matt Posted 29 June 2005 Posted 29 June 2005 Sent mine - We all want Henry to go () but will they do anything? ....I doubt it It'll be same old same old "The majority want him to stay" - Fair enough 1 messageboard doesn't represent all the fans of LCFC but its not just this messageboard, plenty of other messageboards i've been on want him out. I ain't blaming Henry for the bad atmosphere because it's to easy to blame Henry, We as fans really have to take a good luck at ourselves, We all say the atmospheres bad, but if we all realise its bad, do something about it, Again its to easy to blame other fans, like the Henry situation everyone on other boards also realise the atmospher is poor...Well if we all realise this, and the atmosphere is still poor, We OURSELVES are obviously doing something wrong, I don't know what but do you all understand my point?
Muz Posted 29 June 2005 Posted 29 June 2005 Im gonna send mine later , after ive unpacked! HENRY OUT HENRY OUT
Benji Posted 29 June 2005 Posted 29 June 2005 matt goes on another rant edit: cheers FT will get it in about 4/5 ish
Matt Posted 29 June 2005 Posted 29 June 2005 matt goes on another rant 129711 No its just the Foxes Trust is apparently "Our Voice" but yet I have failed to see any major changes within the club to get the fans point of view over!
Benji Posted 29 June 2005 Posted 29 June 2005 yes a lot of people seem to have little time for the foxestrust, but surely this survey is a sign of them trying to do something. We've all got a chance to say something, hopefully if enough people agree on issues like henry something will be done, but its up to people to put the effort in not just expect FT to magic some results

Jonbluefox9 Posted 29 June 2005 Posted 29 June 2005 Maybe the club should put a card on each seat of the stadium saying go or stay. At half time, Henry should be lead out to the centre circle and the fans should be asked to either hold up the go side or the stay side of the card. It worked when they did it for Fosse or City. Seriously, although I cringe and lots of other people cringe when they hear him play it, there was a match report on a website I was on a while ago from a Plymoth fan who said City have what's known as the 'fox hunt horn' which sounds when the players are warming up, when the teams come out, and (unfortunately for us) when the team scores. It does wonders for the build up and the tannoy system is quite good so it sounds amazing when this happens! Don't know if that is for the live version or just the tune in general?

THE FANS...Give us some fukin respect for once!
Foxes_Trust Posted 29 June 2005 Author Posted 29 June 2005 I did have and did give the FT a chance, but time after time they keep sending these surveys out, obviously the FT can't please everyone, everyone has different opinions and different views but there are certain things ALOT people agree on, I know I keep going on about it but for example, pretty much every since Henry came everyone has wanted him gone, or everyone has slowly wanted him gone, time after time people have asked the FT and time after time survey have come out nothing has been done, This has nothing to do with the atmosphere subject but the FT has to do something (i.e discussion with the club) A.S.A.P about the state of the communiction with the fans whether it be rip the contract with PremiumTV up (Whether there is a get out clause - I don't know, prehaps something to look into) or whether it be sack the current web admin I don't know but something needs to be done! 129730 Our surveys have covered a variety of topics including Ground Sharing & One Year Kit deals in recent months, a specific question about Henry has not been asked before. We have read various negative comments on message boards, but received very little lobbying via members about him continuing or not. We have previously reported to the club that 'a number of fans' would like to see Henry stop, but the overall discussion in the Fans Forum last season was that he should continue. As we stated last night, several of the questions raised are fairly close with their outcome, but we won't publish any details specific to questions as it could be judged as favouring a particular outcome. Premium TV we raised within our first few months of existence. Info gained is that the contract term is incredibly long with big penalty clauses which would result in a payment which could run into £1m + to get out of it. Most other clubs have the same issue, as they signed up on block. Forgetting the structure of the official website, where little can be done, we would be quite happy to collect e-mailed views about its content & what is not liked about it. With the departure of Paul Mace, we expect the style of communication with fans to change and we already see some signs of this. We have made it clear to the club how the fans should be treated with more respect & less hype about merchandise launches - as the tone of them have bordered on insulting our intelligence at times. Can you make the LCFC Open Meeting next Tuesday night? - its a the ideal opportunity to get your views directly to the club
Foxes_Trust Posted 29 June 2005 Author Posted 29 June 2005 Just for the club to listen and give fans some respect for once, Fans of this club are treated like crap, we don't seem to be told to much, e.t.c, Its probably the same at many clubs but the club has got to realise - Who saved this club? THE FANS...Give us some fukin respect for once! 129754 The main purpose of Tuesday nights meeting is to agree the best way to consult fans, whether the existing Fans Forum format should change, whether more regular open meetings would be well supported etc. There is no doubt that when we conduct surveys, that the club finds it useful & have acted upon them, e.g. 2 year away kits (it was going to be 1 year) & a white based 2nd kit (the most popular choice in our survey). However don't forget the club itself carried out a survey which 5,892 fans replied, so they have directly asked for views on many issues
