Smuts won :o

Well done Smuts. :kissing:

Peutrill leads from the front.

On the first day of the Formula Foxestalk 2012 championship Stealthy Foxes driver Peutrill won the season opener in the Snetterton Short Race. Staring in first place after a stunning pole position lap Peutrill was ousted from the front of the pack by team-mate Ridgwell who jump started the eventual winner and led for 6 laps before succumbing to an early exit with steering problems. Peutrill then lead comfortably for the remaining 7 laps to take the chequered flag and win the first race of the season 7.045 seconds ahead of fellow Stealthy Foxes driver Hammond. Coming in 3rd place was The Coaville Chargers driver Hunt.

Duddle has collided with Sharman whilst trying to defend P11! Sharman appears to have a problem and will pit next lap to fix it. Duddle seems fine on the circuit. Sharman could have been a little more patient but additional factors contributed to the collision.

Sorry.

Duddle (P12) is half asleep and realises too late that Proudman is overtaking! Battles

Bluearmy (P14) considers passing Duddle.

Lap 51 of 51 Congratulations to Hammond who has won the Snetterton Long Race race! Battles Hunt (P9) harasses Shizzle.

Stealthy Foxes off to a flyer

Stealthy Foxes once again claimed a 1-2 in the first weekend of the Formula FoxesTalk 2012 this season. With sprint winner Peutrill starting in 1st place the driver was looking for 2 wins out of 2 but as the lights went out his team-mate Hammond overtook him and all Peutrill could do after that was look at the back of Hammond's car for the next 51 laps. It was a rather dull race which rather dampened the mood after the earlier shorter race which proved to be the more entertaining of the opening weekend races.

Reigning champion Jupp, trying to rectify his poor short race finish, showed his old form with a 3rd place finish coming just behind Peutrill, who completed the Stealthy Foxes 2nd 1-2 in 2 races and also leads the championship after 2 races. Foxes Motors driver Matt Gray finished 12 position, describing his performance as a "shambles".
