They do actually look nothing alike if you break down each individual part of their faces, (not to mention that Fonz is about twice the size of Danns), Look at their noses individually, and then their lips and then the shape of their face. It is a common thing though, I've read that people from African countries think white people all look the same, same for asian countries, it is just a filter, because we generally meet people of our own race/ethnicity so we learn to distinguish them quicker, whereas when you only know one or two black/asian people you don't have the need to distinguish so much because they are already clearly distinguishable from everyone else in your world.

Not to black and asian folk, if anything because there is an almost universal hair colour and eye colour they are more attuned to seeing distinguishing facial features, we use hair colour and eye colour as dominant features because they are obvious to us and easy to see. Other cultures may place more value on other facial features, take the genocide in Rwanda in the 90s it was pretty much flat nosed people against thin nosed people, as the most defining characteristic between the 2 warring factions people were pretty much judged and killed by the shape of their nose.
