He's referring to a little observational humour I made of Pearson's tendency to use 'um' and 'erm' throughout his interviews. See video below for evidence. That video has NO duplications in it. So from 15 minutes of footage I edited out about 1min 50 of solid erms/ums. That's pretty good going.
