"Public area", does this mean L1 doesn't count as it's season ticket holder only, thus not open to the public?

If so that's a bit out of order. Granted it's a charitable foundation and donating shouldn't be about wanting to achieve personal gain but if they're excluding L1 from this then it's basically a ploy to capture new season ticket holders thus not really about the charity side of things anyway. And if it is therefore about attracting new season ticket holders then why should someone who rocks up to buy their first season ticket/someone who's not renewing get a chance at winning what is, let's face it, a pretty decent prize ahead of a whole block of supporters that have already committed to supporting next year?

Hopefully I've got the wrong end of the stick but even if I have it's a bit ambiguous to say the least.

Does it really matter?
