The baggage he carries, never gets on with the board and isn't really the most media friendly manager ever, something some boards may not like. He's a good manager but his personality may well let him down. Surprised with this choice to be honest, especially when there are better managers available like O'Driscoll. Can now see O'Driscoll going back to Donny to be fair.
ReyAzarola Posted 7 January 2013 Posted 7 January 2013 Just watching BBC news and saw Saunders give an interview. Bloody hell he came across so dull and uninspiring! Does not come across as a leader. Time will tell how he does but first impressions with me are he won't be up to much.
