So why do fans want to get rid of Pearson if he's rigid with his formation and playing a striker on the wing. He has experience to go with it! We need experience, not a new manager! Which is impossible to get this time of year! So another pre season with the same manager and a few additions are needed. Plenty of experienced championship players available in the summer. Liam Trotter,Ebanks Blake and Jerome Thomas for example. That would help our young squad and financial plight by spending £0 transfer fee in the summer. When your working with in a budget and can only afford average to poor players on the bench. Then your relying on 19-23 year old's to take you from min 1 to 93rd mins. Its too much pressure and too much expectation from the fans. Get a grip people and back your team that's been in the play offs all season! Yeah we might lose again Tuesday and end up finishing outside the play offs! Yeah we've spent loads of money on players that aren't even here anymore!
