SmithyFox12 Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 At times like this experience is needed, which we lack. Wellens has experience? He isn't the answer.
Greatness_Since_1884 Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 If there was one to pick out it would seem to be Michael Cain. Judging by the feedback I've heard from his performances and the fact our central midfield has been poor recently, maybe an appearance on the bench for him?
Bluetintedspecs Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 And I can just imagine the reaction on here if NP (still here) threw kids in when we still have a chance of play offs and we got mullered by whoever
GingerrrFox Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 Waghorn and Vardy both started today for the reserves against Derby but neither scored. Jacob Blyth on the other hand played less minutes than both of them and bagged 2 goals (granted Waghorn set up his first). Should we give him a crack in the first team? It's not as if we are banging goals in at the minute and he seems to have scored a shed load this season for the reserves. Can't do much more can he unless we give him a shot.
lcfcsnow Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 He's been on loan at Burton and Notts County this season and couldn't get a game.
GingerrrFox Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 He's been on loan at Burton and Notts County this season and couldn't get a game. He got injured and came back early from Burton and then Notts County sacked their manager while he was there and only got 1 game and sub appearance I think.
lcfcsnow Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 I'm fairly sure a good player would still make an impact whoever the manager was. Never understand this signing nor the signing of Pearsons son. Jobs for the boys I guess.

Jobs for the boys I guess. He scored 2 goals while Vardy and Waghorn didn't. Surely that shows he can find the back of the net.
lcfcsnow Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 It confirms what I already knew about Waghorn and Vardy, embarrassing how many poor strikers are on the books.
GingerrrFox Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 What I want to know is, where's clifford? Played today alongside Cain in the centre of midfield. Dunno anymore than that though.
