Bayfox Posted 15 April 2013 Posted 15 April 2013 There was football hooliganism right throughout the 70s as well you know. Yes i am aware of that. However it started out of misplaced loyalty to your town and defending it's honour. Reaching it's height under the thatcher government. To the point we nearly missed the best tournement england has played a part in since 66 when our own pm tried to stop us going. Treat a part of society like dirt for long enough and even if they arent the shit you make them out to be. You will end up with a self for-filling proficy. Just my opinion. Most leicester fans i know of a certain age all worked and earned good money in london in the 80s part of thatchers ideal. Yet on a sat afternoon they were having a good row up and down the country. In leicesters name. What makes you think it wont happen again in a time of hardship.
Tielemans63 Posted 15 April 2013 Posted 15 April 2013 To be fair, no one has questioned the horse's role in all of this.
