jogsuk Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 What u reckon the chances are of getting into the ground tomorrow; anywhere home end or our end!! I must state that i am one of the lucky one's with a ticket!!
WeAreGoingUp Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 i have not got a ticket and i wouldnt go up there and risk it to come back again.
MK Hornet Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 More than lighty our ticket has made it so difficult for home fans to get tickets they will probably welcome away fans
Happy Fox Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 I did it for the RedShite away and got a free ticket from some kind soul so give it a shot
MK Hornet Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 there are leicester fans sitting in the rous stand i have that on good authority
GorlestonFox Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 there are leicester fans sitting in the rous stand i have that on good authority I imagine there will be a few dotted about. Filling up seats you couldn't sell
Munshi Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 there are leicester fans sitting in the rous stand i have that on good authority Which part of it?
dogadug Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 there are leicester fans sitting in the rous stand i have that on good authority Hi, i'd be interested in getting a ticket in the Watford end. How are they getting past the stipulation of 'previous purchase history'? Thanks
MK Hornet Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 I imagine there will be a few dotted about. Filling up seats you couldn't sell If you knew the balls up the ticket office have made in this you would understand. we would of sold out the away leg if they had let people by online or over the phone but instead you had to go in person and a lot of watford's support live outside the town alot of the seats not sold tommorrow are restricted views anyway. Good luck tommorrow.i hope whatever happens it passes of peacefully.
Moosedog Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 There are no tickets for sale tomorrow and to get a ticket in the Watford end you would need a Fan ID if you do manage to get in, the stewards will eject any Leicester fans from the Watford end
Vlad the Fox Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 How welcome would we be made if it was known i was a Leicester fan? Don't get me wrong i wouldn't be jumping around flicking the v's if we score, but if i quietly watched the game would the locals be friendly or wanting to jump on me?

Probably the safest ground in the country for visiting fans but like any ground if you go in the home ends you should exercise caution

It would depend on what stand your in, the lower rous and vicarage road end would be OK but the Rookery may not be to clever
Leicester Rule! Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 We survived Forest home end. Watford should be easy. Luckily I'm in the away end tomorrow.
LuxWFC Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Compared to previous seasons, it is pretty hard to get in... even for a Watford fan. We have had too many away fans taking the piss so that's why there is such strict rules. Only way to get a ticket is to be a 1+ of a Watford fan who has a Fan ID. In terms of how friendly Watford are... we're a nice lot. Though if you act like a twat, you will get treated like one and ejected. Otherwise you'll be fine.
jogsuk Posted 11 May 2013 Author Posted 11 May 2013 plenty of room in the watford end; http://www.wfcforums.com/showthread.php?46911-15-700-sold-as-of-yetserday
Gloryhornet Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 No tickets for sale on day. Sitting in Vic Rd or Rous stands you'd have been ok, but wouldn't advise it in the Rookery.
Dan Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Watford strike me as one of the tamest fanbases around. There'd be no problem.
FantasticMrFox Posted 11 May 2013 Posted 11 May 2013 Give it a try, If you fail there's always the pub & tv away from the ground. I lived in Watford for a bit. It's really not very scary.... (Family club innit)
