Rich Fox Posted 18 September 2013 Posted 18 September 2013 Just bit concerned as to the reason for all the Police and Ambulances in the side streets off upperton rd and Narborough rd. Where I parked on Bruce st a Range rover had its window smashed and the car behind was damaged so I probably was lucky. I live out of the city so can anyone throw some light on what happened? I have parked there for years and not seen any trouble like that before.
Stuliasz Posted 18 September 2013 Posted 18 September 2013 I noticed a car window smashed on Aylestone Road against Leeds as well. Likewise have never seen it before.
Lionator Posted 18 September 2013 Posted 18 September 2013 Couldn't the car have gone into the back of the range rover? Especially if an ambo was there.
Rich Fox Posted 18 September 2013 Author Posted 18 September 2013 Couldn't the car have gone into the back of the range rover? Especially if an ambo was there. The Range rover was parked in front of my car and another car was damaged behind mine, they were damaged while parked up. The police were parked up at the end of the road and there were ambulances on the next side st leading onto upperton rd and other police cars driving round the area.
Langley Posted 18 September 2013 Posted 18 September 2013 Just before the Fiat garage we had ours broken into twice there. Then they put up those wooden fences. Nothing new.
Deucalion Posted 18 September 2013 Posted 18 September 2013 I had my dustcaps stolen from down there a few seasons ago. I pay to park now.
Thracian Posted 19 September 2013 Posted 19 September 2013 Sadly, the Narborough Road area isn't quite what it used to be.
