ramadaone Posted 16 November 2014 Posted 16 November 2014 How much of an influence is he having on the kids here, ramada? Massive - he is very technical and just coaches in a different way to what the boys are used to . Most for the boys love it but it has taken a few a bit longer to grasp the concept. Not saying his way is the right way it's just a bit different so won't do the boys any harm and will further their education Don't take my word for it come down and watch the 16's play as they play on the pitch adjacent to the 18's - they are at home on Sat Dec 6th v Chelsea 12 noon ko when our first team don't have a game - Chelsea are very strong to say the least so you'll see where we sit in the pecking order
davieG Posted 16 November 2014 Posted 16 November 2014 A good mix of ideas and practices from all nations would be the ideal having just a bit of Spanish influence on our British coaches can only be a good thing in the medium term.
Dan Posted 16 November 2014 Posted 16 November 2014 I agree with that Davie. Any other influence is a good one in my opinion and especially Spanish. Just broadens their horizons.
