Neither are the owners

[Jace]

So Morgan wants Premier League football, maybe he is not after a move back to Forest after all then?

[ollielawrence]

Nice to see he's not moaning! Wonder why Wes is doing all of these interviews?

Surely these types of interviews don't sell newspapers... It's a standard interview that 100's of footballers would give up and down the country in our position

[rico]

he probably did one interview and its been serialized or regurgitated?

[bluefox88]

I see even our own local newspaper still can't get the name of our ground correct...

[Dan]

Well I'd definitely rather be reading about that than the contract situation. If he's that determined to stay here and get us up then the new deal will eventually look after itself.

[Lobsterboyuk]

Should only ever have said this as club captain, he's tainted his character with those earlier interviews

[The Blur]

Just a newspaper story don't mention talks of a new contract don't mean a new contract won't be offered. Cold hard facts are that Morgan are enjoying his football with us and we are in a favourable position to get promoted so a new contract is likely.

Even if we fail to seal the deal, we will be amongst best placed teams next season to go up so there are no reason for Morgan to leave especially that no Premier League clubs want him. Whittingham stayed with Cardiff for ages before they eventually went up did not he?
