Where was Dyer on Saturday?

Dyers too integral as an outlet when he's on form and fully fit not to start.

Mahrez hasn't done too badly for his debut but it's only his first game and no way will he have adapted fully to the english game yet. Knockeart certainly wasn't fully after his first game either. Give Riyad maybe half of the dozen or so games we have left to adjust and acclimatise to everything because as it's been made known already, Charlton were abysmal.

Will be a different story when it's Burnley on the attack so we still cannot get complacent and expect a new player to fit in totally straight away, and then lose one of our most potent attacking weapons this season, with a fully fit Lloyd Dyer running at pace, which so far this season has produced some results with goals and assists.

Now, I fully expect Mahrez to end up being Tony #2, I just think it's much too soon after a somewhat competent debut with flashes of flair, which we already know he's capable of, to drop Dyer who has literally killed it this season.

We'd miss Dyer if he went permanently, the ground usually gets interested when he's on the ball as you have no idea what will happen, he'll either run past the defence and blaze it wildly a mile from goal or bury it in the bottom corner.
