I am incredibly pleased with my pitchers:

Chris Sale

Stephen Strasburg

Jon Lester

Clay Buchholz

Craig Kimbrel

Trevor Rosenthal

But not as keen on my batters!

Is there anywhere on this website that tells you exactly how to play and rules, etc? I have looked but might be being blind.

I'm just wondering do you have to tinker with your lineup daily/weekly?

Also with the utility position: are they both adding to your score or do they come in if a player gets injured? If so it's better to have an infielder and outfielder, etc.

Looks easy enough to work for me.

Pretty similar way it works to the standard Nfl fantasy league games I've played.

Ill trade you a batter for lester ....

Not sure I could get rid of a player that my team is named after!

I know only a little nore than you mate, there is a help section on the site though.

edit.

here ya go

Cheers for that it's helped a bit. I did notice something though. It says:

In Head-to-Head scoring leagues, the schedule is divided into 25 "Game Weeks" where each week you'll square off against another team in your league.

Rotisserie and Points Only scoring leagues also follow the 2014 MLB schedule, but scoring is based on your performance over the entire season instead of on a weekly basis.

I was wondering if it might be better to change the scoring system to rotisserie or points only (if possible). That way the bye week team doesn't matter and if people lose interest later in the season it doesn't affect anyone else. It's just I've done fantasy NFL leagues like this and people have lost interest and then it becomes a farce depending on who you're playing that week with only a few teams doing it properly.

It's only a suggestion and I don't mind either way; depends what others think?

Agree with this, its inevitable a couple lose interest as the season goes on.

good idea, thanks for the suggestion, ill change it now if i can ...... i cant :(

shame, was a better idea... im happy to set up a new one if you all want to join that, and we can lose the bye team as i dont think we'll need an even number

It's easy to have your season essentially be over in July with Roto or Fantasy Points.

Edit: Ken, you may be having some issues with pop-up blockers, or you may need to update Java or something.

I've turned off blockers and still have problems. i amon the roster section. when i click trade it says the document I am looking for cannot be found.

I'll have another try in the morning.

ken, at the bottom of the team page, theres a button for classic mode and swap mode, select swap mode and you should be able to make the changes more easily.

if im reading the page right we should start scoring this sunday, get your teams in order people!
