Almost all Dyche's players were already at the club. He's not had to meld a team together the same way Pearson has.

 

A littler harsh he signed Heaton, Arfield, and Kightly,  Ings and Vokes were little more than misfits in the shadow of Austin and Paterson and Marney was a sub most weeks. He might not of signed every player but he certainly put that team together as opposed to inheriting it.

There was more chance of Eddie Howe getting us relegated than promoted before he jumped a sinking ship.
