I think you've misunderstood. I think Sunbury Fox was highlighting the contradiction in the media by their constant praise of Sean Dyche and the fact that he will win the manager of the year (in my opinion), yet their ignorance towards the job done at Brentford.

 

The leagues are remarkably similar - if Jackett wins manager of the year then so should Pearson.

Holloway went unbeaten for the month and engineered away wins at Forest, Wigan and Boro, as well as a point away at QPR. This without considering their league positions. Even if McLaren had been nominated it still should have comfortably gone to Holloway.
