What a difference a year makes. This time last year his name was mud and most people on here and other sites could not wait to get rid of him. Now he is the new MON !

 

 

Which actually just makes plain the fact is that most fans know fack all about management or running a club ( me included ) We have all for the most part had to eat humble Pie over Pearson and his team and never so glad have I been to eat it.

 

Hopefully now we can get at least two proven premiership standard additions to the squad that will allow us to at least stop up. I really do believe we need that extra quality. The last time I said this I got shot down by the usual suspects and got called a doom merchant or something similar when it was nothing more than an opinion. Well for what it's worth I now think Pearson is the best thing to happen to this club since the MON days and I'm so glad he is going to continue as our manager. Roll on the kick off.
