Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 9 August 2014 Posted 9 August 2014 Leicester have some okay pubs/bars, but if you're comparing them to the likes of the Lace Market or Riverside areas of Nottingham and Broad Street in Birmingham then they are poor.Behave now, Broad Street is an absolute dive! Full of rough hen parties and chavs looking for a cheap evening and texting a message to so it appears on the screens in the Walkabout; "BAZ LUVS COK" or something equally "#bantastic"Much rather spend an evening down Brauny Gate or make the relatively short jaunt through town with stops on the way than revisit that shit tip again.

Broad Street is Blackpool by canal. A total dump where lap dancing clubs are the king. Nightlife far better in the Jewellery quarter in Brum. Brindley Place is ok but devoid of all soul .
broughtonblue Posted 9 August 2014 Posted 9 August 2014 Think walkers crisps is one of the biggest employers in the county
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 10 August 2014 Posted 10 August 2014 Well, I'm exiled too, but when I go back, I rip the place up.
