peterborofox Posted 24 October 2014 Share Posted 24 October 2014 First game I've missed this season, and because it is on Sky and a week after Toon, I want to save a little money. No doubt we'll go win now as I'm not there!
Craig Posted 24 October 2014 Share Posted 24 October 2014 First game of the season I'm missing, if that makes me a plastic so be it.
Maybes Posted 24 October 2014 Share Posted 24 October 2014 Why? Fox Travel and Local Hero coaches for £10. Cheapest away day of the season surely? £35 for coach and ticket isn't bad at all. Some people like to consume alcohol on matchdays which you can't do on the coaches. So unless you have a designated driver it's a no go for some. Tommeh Posted 24 October 2014 Share Posted 24 October 2014 No trains will clearly take a dent out of our following wherever it is. The fact the Newcastle was a 2 ton weekend for many will also be a factor. I mean there were 12 of us there and none of us are touching this. Steve_Walsh5 Posted 24 October 2014 Share Posted 24 October 2014 If this was a 3pm kick off and not on Sky we would be going to this. But the fact that 6 of us all spent £300/400 last week in Newcastle means we can save a bit of cash this weekend. I'm actually quite looking forward to watching it on TV with a takeaway and a couple of beers. I've not quite recovered yet from the pre-match alcohol in Players last week. SPF07 Posted 25 October 2014 Share Posted 25 October 2014 As of Midday yesterday ticket office said 1800 sold. For those who are going and looking forward to a good day out. Are their any pubs likely to have a few of our supporters in? Have their been any suggestions.....
