What a difference a week makes

I do not see what all the bitching is about.

Most had us picking up 2pt from the first five with a possible point at Palace.

They were saying our first win would be Burnley. That would give us 6pts we have 8 and not played Burnley yet.

Yes we have had a great start and the loss was not good but FFS get a grip.

We have already proved anyone can beat anyone in this league and stoke done man city away the week before we done them.

The top six talk is bollox a high mid finish would be great people need to get a grip.

Palace away was always going to be more challenging than Man U at home.

Given the uncertainty of Man U at the moment, that was always going to be a winnable fixture, whereas a trip to Selhurst Park is a difficult one.

We are by no means a complete team. We have frailties, but quality in areas that are getting us through.

Burnley will be another very difficult game as they will park the bus to try and come away with something, so Saturday is a completely new challenge for us and a potential banana skin.

It will be a rollercoaster, but probably more bad results than good and our good start may have created false hope that we are some sort of wonder team.

Burnley really are shite. Certainly worse than I thought they would be.

We need three points on Saturday. No excuses.
