I dont like him. I think he's lost the plot. His lack of understanding and game management (his words) seems to have vanished and in my opinion he isnt up to the level required but want him to fail? Hell no. I want him to ram all of my doubts and critisisms down my throat because if he does, that means the team, my team, your team are a success and nothing would give me greater pleasure. I'd like nothing more to be a fully fledged, content Pearsonite.

As i've said before, I dont think he's up to it. Unfortunately, when airing a doubt like that, its always unpopular and seen as you put it, 'wanting failure'. Nothing could be further from the truth. I havent been sitting there waiting for a bad run so I could critisise. I've come to the conclusion from what I see with my own eyes and what I hear with my own ears. Its born out of nothing but the love of my club that having got back to where I believe we belong, is in danger of slipping back because of its poor management.

Lets be clear, I want to win tonight. I want to beat Villa. I want come Christmas to have everyone that i've argued with on here in the last few weeks to be requoting my words and laying into me for being too reactionary because if they are, that means we're a success and thats what is important to me.

I dont think it will happen but I would bloody well welcome it if it does.
