HEGGSY Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 Basically lost my wallet the other day and in doing so, lost my season ticket. I've not had chance to get to the ground, and will be going tomorrow. Just wondering will they give me a standard paper ticket and then send me a new season ticket through the post? And is the lost charge still a Tenner? Cheers
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 Yeah, explain the situation at the ticket office and they'll give you a paper ticket. As for a replacement only costing a tenner, it was more when I lost my booklet in League One, so I don't think you'll be so lucky.
Leicester Lass Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 From T&Cs: Leicester City Football Club cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for Season Cards either lost or damaged beyond use. A lost or wilfully damaged Season Card can be replaced for a fee of £10 in the first instance, with subsequent reissues charged at £30 per card. Stolen Season Cards will only be replaced if supported by a valid Police incident number. The Club reserves the right to only issue one replacement Season Card per customer, per season.

So just make sure you have some spare cash tomorrow just in case.

HEGGSY Posted 11 December 2014 Author Posted 11 December 2014 Cheers for the help guys and yeah I was sure I read it was a tenner somewhere. Obviously I'll make sure to take some extra money just incase what Babs says comes to fruition.
Fatty Arbuckle Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 I doubt you'll be given a match ticket though, when I needed a new card last year (original was broken not lost) they just printed a new card there and then.
Lakestar Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 Yes, sorry, I shouldn't have spoken in such certain terms, but chances are they'll see you're a STH and sort it for you. I forgot my season ticket once and they made me buy a full match ticket then refunded it at the next home game when i took my season ticket into the sales centre. Even though i could prove i was the season ticket holder on the day they still made me buy a ticket. I would imagine the same would apply to this but with an extra £10 charge for the replacement as per T&C's. I doubt they will give you a new card on the same day so your refund would be processed once your new card arrives and you take it into them at the next home game.
broughtonblue Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 When I went for a replacement last jan they hadn't got any plastic cards in stock, had to have paper tickets for rest of season. All printed there in one go though so no need to keep going to the shop
Munshi Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 I'm sure it's a fiver for a paper ticket on the day

Soar Fox Posted 12 December 2014 Posted 12 December 2014 All sorted, printed me a new season ticket and it was a tenner charge. It's all good I thought our season tickets were made in Israel
HEGGSY Posted 12 December 2014 Author Posted 12 December 2014 I thought our season tickets were made in Israel who said that?
Soar Fox Posted 12 December 2014 Posted 12 December 2014 who said that? I'm sure someone on here said they were made in Israel. Unless I've just imagined it
Sir Fynwy Posted 12 December 2014 Posted 12 December 2014 I'm sure someone on here said they were made in Israel. Unless I've just imagined it They are made in Israel and I've just told the company that make the chips that there is a 50% increase in the price of the product we supply them used in the manufacturing process so costs could be going up
