Lost Season Ticket

Recommended Posts

Posted

Basically lost my wallet the other day and in doing so, lost my season ticket. I've not had chance to get to the ground, and will be going tomorrow.

Just wondering will they give me a standard paper ticket and then send me a new season ticket through the post? And is the lost charge still a Tenner?

Cheers

Yeah, explain the situation at the ticket office and they'll give you a paper ticket. As for a replacement only costing a tenner, it was more when I lost my booklet in League One, so I don't think you'll be so lucky.

From T&Cs:

Leicester City Football Club cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for Season Cards either lost or damaged beyond use. A lost or wilfully damaged Season Card can be replaced for a fee of £10 in the first instance, with subsequent reissues charged at £30 per card. Stolen Season Cards will only be replaced if supported by a valid Police incident number. The Club reserves the right to only issue one replacement Season Card per customer, per season.

You might need to pay for a full replacement match ticket tomorrow and then get a refund once the season ticket issue gets resolved. So just make sure you have some spare cash tomorrow just in case.

Yes, sorry, I shouldn't have spoken in such certain terms, but chances are they'll see you're a STH and sort it for you.

Cheers for the help guys and yeah I was sure I read it was a tenner somewhere. Obviously I'll make sure to take some extra money just incase what Babs says comes to fruition.

I forgot my season ticket once and they made me buy a full match ticket then refunded it at the next home game when i took my season ticket into the sales centre. Even though i could prove i was the season ticket holder on the day they still made me buy a ticket. I would imagine the same would apply to this but with an extra £10 charge for the replacement as per T&C's. I doubt they will give you a new card on the same day so your refund would be processed once your new card arrives and you take it into them at the next home game.

When I went for a replacement last jan they hadn't got any plastic cards in stock, had to have paper tickets for rest of season. All printed there in one go though so no need to keep going to the shop

I'm sure someone on here said they were made in Israel.

Unless I've just imagined it lol

They are made in Israel and I've just told the company that make the chips that there is a 50% increase in the price of the product we supply them used in the manufacturing process so costs could be going up

If ticket prices go up, I'm blaming you.
