termite111 Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 to all you season ticket holders of this season who are thinking of not renewing theres for next year stand back and take a long hard look at yourself. this is a time our club needs you the most. i don't give a monkeys who's in charge next year holloway or a nobody my vains run blue with leicester city blood and will do for the rest of my life and if your not thinking of renewing if holloway stays are you really a supporter. I'm sure you'll come running back when we start winning again get back into the championship and are pushing for premier league. but this is now what has happened has happened and i'm still proud to wear my city shirt they day after we're relegated cause that's how much this club means to me. theres no way i'm going into hiding just to pop back up again when it all becomes right. so take a look at yourself and decide whether your supporting us through thick and thin or gonna grab our glory days when they return. I KNOW WHICH TYPE OF FAN I AM DO YOU????

I KNOW WHICH TYPE OF FAN I AM DO YOU???? What a ridiculous, disrespectful and fooking joke of a statement to make. Current STH should take a long look at themselves, fook off. We have spent good money on season tickets and after watching season after season of shit it's up to them if they don't renew. I know which type of fan you are, a **at. I'm so annoyed and offended by that first line.
Fox You Forest Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 I KNOW WHICH TYPE OF FAN I AM DO YOU???? The type that was giving Ian Hume a right bashing earlier in the season if i remember right.

I'm so annoyed and offended by that first line. That is outrageous! I agree with the sentiment of what he said and i am renewing too. It annoys me how fans can pick and choose when they want to support a side. The passion of supporting a football club comes from sticking with them through thick and thin. We need to ensure that we stick by Leicester and retain some pride, otherwise we might find ourselves the laughing stock with several willing to jump ship and a half empty stadium-they are not proper fans in my book. That is not offensive, that is just the case. Show your support when your team needs you most!

I KNOW WHICH TYPE OF FAN I AM DO YOU???? Can only agree - to not renew because of relegation is downright double standards if those same people have so much as moaned about "anything" this season about "anyone" not caring about the shirt. To turn your back on your club now - well sorry thats not a supporter thats a fairweather fan.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 I've taken a long hard look at myself and by crikey I liked what I saw. I'm renewing again. Probably not in L1 this time. But where? I know not

Not renewing myself, mainly due to going to uni this year, and the fact I have sense to stay away.. (Although I said that last year and still ended up doing half of the home games this year )

Guest Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 I renewed today, but have moved location for a number of reasons. However, I can see why some people might not want to renew, and to be honest, the higher levels of the club deserve it if people don't renew. It sends out a message to them that the fans aren't happy to tolerate what we have done the last few seasons.

Guest Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 Have you gone to L1 then? I'm trying something new. Hopefully a new place will herald a new lucky era. It's a shame N block didn't work, as I prefer to be behind the goal line....

Guest Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 I'll be renewing mine. Gonna move to the Kop though this year - F1 I reckon (was in the east stand on the half way line).
davieG Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 As a fan who has atttended matches for 45 years+ I'll make my own mind up thanks very much I certainly don't need posts like this to help me decide, if anything it's likely to put me off as I could find myself sat next to you!
Guest Posted 6 May 2008 Posted 6 May 2008 Like F1 barmy army? Which tbh, is fast looking like Me, Mikey and Sods. If it wasn't for the numpties who sat near us, and the fact that I will be hard pressed to make a 7.45pm kick off on a Tuesday night, the Kop would still be an option.

I KNOW WHICH TYPE OF FAN I AM DO YOU???? Leicester City have needed me for well over 30 years but where exactly has that got me?....Thousands of pounds worse off,one broken marriage, more defeats than victories,a ruined liver and a beer gut! So if I choose not to renew my ST next year for the first time since I can really remember don't tell me I'm not a true supporter..where were you at Partick, Kilmarnock, and Cambridge etc pre season?
