I think he was £20m with £5m add ons that we probably won't pay
-
Why has he brought daka on ffs
-
Hardly any of these players are good enough tbf
-
Thomas just made the grab too obvious, should have let go once he got behind the ball
-
Would top the season off that. Fair play to any fans going to that game
-
So does putting a leg out but not actually touching the players with the ball now result in a foul?
-
But that's what taking risks is about, should have been doing that along time ago
-
Damn it's so depressing how far ahead of us Brighton are
-
Our press is really poor, Brighton are so good at it, 3 players closing down the ball together
-
I don't mind easing him in, get him right for next season
-
I didn't realise it's been nearly 5 yrs since he played for Norwich, and 77 appearances since then with only 1 goal. What were we thinking paying that amount of dough
-
A fresh manager, a new season, playing in the championship, I'm hopeful he'll be decent, he was when he played in the championship before
-
Would it not be a good idea to.see Jake Evans get some game time, that's the position we could be desperately short next season

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

I really think he'd want to stay, as has been said on one of the podcasts, the only way he claws back some reputation is by winning games with us in the championship, if the clubs has anything about it, it'll be contacting managers and drawing up a plan already -

if he has indeed got a clause in his contract, i don't know why he doesn't just make an agreement with the club to leave early -
I'd love to know how we make these decisions on managers. What did Cooper say in his impressive PowerPoint presentation? What homework analysis did we do on Ruud to think.he'd be good for the club? Because the PSV fans weren't convinced, his record wasn't brilliant. We need a plan to build a team that can take on the championship, and survive in the prem, we need to know how we're going to achieve that with transfer budgets for next 6 windows with various scenarios, we need player targets, we need opinions for footballing people the club may know, we have ex players and managers who are close to the club, ffs top, use them and stop going with a bunch and a dream
-
All we can hope for is players with a fresh start and fresh manager will step up, they're likely putting in nowhere near full level performances, they've given up this season

He has a squad of players, the majority of which don't care, i think whoever he put out, whatever formation would end in the same result. We needed major investment in January and we didn't get it -

I agree, it is awful, maybe we'll see a different manager before end of the season, and we will see if they can get more out of the squad -

We probably said similar about Sousa, and he went on to have a decent career. -

As i say, I don't understand why he didn't just play attacking players and tell them to go all out attack, but you never know whats gone on behind the scenes, he said he was looking to see progress, in reality, I think he knows he's gone, so maybe doesn't want a major thrashing on his record, so is playing damage limitation -

His decision making has been strange, and i think he might still make it as a manager, and i can't help feeling sorry for him, I'd reckon he's kicking himself for taking us on. We cannot know what's gone on behind the scenes, but if he goes i'd wish him well, i do not understand the hate, i rserve that for some of the players on our books stealing a living. -
Why wouldn't he just set the side up with realistic chance of having a go, give the fans that go something ffs
