I think the discussion on one of the podcasts that clarified for me that RVN is not a good manager, was regards the choice of Daka and Vardy in a front 2 instead of Facundo and one of the strikers, and it was doubly strange that daka was the one coming deep. Clearly RVN doesn't have a Scooby and we should off load asap and get in a manager that understands football management and more importantly how to build a squad

Yes i really like Carrick, I think sometimes managerial appointments can be a gamble whoever you appoint, Carrick has shown an element of understanding in game and pre game tactics. And we won't have a great pool of managers to choose from, my suggestion with Lennon would just be till the end of the season, as anyone with anything to lose isn't coming here, and it's not all lost till it's mathematically impossible.
