When I was madders age, I couldn't stand staying in at the weekend, I wanted to be out partying everying weekend, so i could very well sympathise with the youngsters when they were unjustly locked down by the govt, the reaction to it was utterly ridiculous imo, and Madders got both barrels desptite Perez and Hamza being involved. If i remember rightly, Rodgers dropped Maddison for a massive fixture against West Ham which cost us in our pursuit for top 4 (that was all abour Rodgers). I blame no one for breaking lock down rules as I always thought it was causing more harm than good, and whilst I recocognise how good Tielemens was when he wanted to play, and how vital Nachos performances were that FA cup run, I don't understand the rage Maddison got for that party, which I believe never went away for some. -
Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!

With Enzos system, the striker wasn't the focal point, Enzo wanted a workhorse to come deep, playing off the wide players, a forward that presses from the front. This is a player that is there to bring all the forward players in and around to score the goals, and we have players that can do that. Palace fans loved him so I'm looking forward to ssing him play and what he can bring to the team -

I meant to make this point earlier in the week, but I couldn't have disagreed with Jordans opinion anymore than i do, ala Maddision. Really think the club and the fans has a special meaning for Madders, I think he probably does feel bad for 22/23 but he had to leave, theres no way he could have stayed, and to boo him was pathetic imo. You aren't helping the team by doing that. Maddison was a great diplomat for the club, gave his all but 22/23 couldn't carry the team, if any players were to be picked out, I'd start with Ndidi, Thomas and Tielemens who put in lazy performances more often than not. I hope we aren't applauding Youri when we play Villa because imo, and i don't care he scored that FA cup goal, 22/23 just ruined it for me -
i think we're all scratching our heads about some of the decisions but i guess we just have to trust the process, Cooper has got us a result in our 1st game

we can't be playing him as a lone striker if he doesn't score goals, or are we? -
Soumaré - Sevilla currently - They have no cash

the basics being running at pace to close down the space of the opposing player with the ball? -

what. a. player. -
im delighted with his second half performance, i thought he was deffo doggo but i may have been mistaken
-
whilst we all slate VK, Justin has been equally poor, this system needs the fullbacks to transition the ball from defense to attack, i'd pull justin for ricardo
-
i love vardy but i do think we need a striker that come deep and play with Buonanatte
-
are we think skipp replaces Ndidi?
-
VK 🤣🤣
-
we're now fighting
-
our press is the problem, we're miles off it
-
i haven't really seen DCR at any great length so we have to trust cooper as he sees them every day.
-
i know, i made that point, but this is the PL
-
jury is out for me with mavididi if i'm honest, a decent full back and he struggled, however he did get in there with the goals. I'm sure he'll feacture later in the game. i can support not starting him, but can't support not starting ricardo.

When Rodgers was sacked, Stowell and Sadler took over for a couple of games, there team selection and setup was beyond belief, we clearly needed to attack and sadler set us up defensively which was a disastrous decision, he then went on to defend it after, then Stowell, our GK coach allowed Rodgers to continue with Ward despite it being obvious he needed pulling. They needed to go. As for KDH, he had to go and we got a fair price for him, enzo could have told chelsea to go lower, i reckon we'd have took a lower offer
-
don"t understand bitterness to Enzo, we're all slating the board but then criticise enzo for leaving, enzo knew we were screwed and left.
-
Problem with having no creativity through the middle is opposition will just double up on the wingers. We played with 2 CDM's under Puel and the gap between defense and attack was to large and caused our forward line to be isolated, that is until we aquired Tielemens to bridge that gap, and unless buonanette can be that player
-
i'd imagine he signed for us to get a chance of senior level football, or at least thats what was speculated when i listened to reports on the deal
-
i wonder whats happening to Golding, will he get a game?
-
watch his goals, he can score off scraps. He can't develop if he doesn't play
