Is someone "conducting" the fans with a megaphone? This is the case in many clubs on the Continent to get the atmosphere going. Check both Copenhagen and Brøndby, Fenerbache et al - it just gets the stadium atmosphere going. The atmosphere on the video is basically started by a couple of "cheerleaders" (with their back to the pitch.....) setting things in motion. It gets the whole stadium involved.
