good points, but the thing with the moyes thing, it was one hell of a new manager bounce as it lasted a good number of months. moyes might have had the better off the pitch position but he still had all the players Dyche did, and he got more of a tune out of them, if you see what everton fans have to say about him you wouldnt be overly impressed. and an expectation of going straight back up too....sorry the club will be morons to think this, they go up they go straight back down if we did, the club seem to have a scattergun approach to manager/players atm, which needs to stop, you donnt get success from forever changing football styles, Dyche hasnt managed in the championship in 10 years, by no means does it mean hes going to be a success, some managers just seem to have right fits at club, Pearson with us, Wilder at Sheff Utd, Dyche at Burnley the future of the club should be ok, why do i say that, look at the talent we have coming thru atm, all due respect to Dyche hes not the man to take us forward long term
-
we sort of did from Puel onwards in a way with the style of player(to a point)in a possession based; but its never a succession strategy; ala noting what managers are around that fit the mould should X leave/sacked/poached, basically what Brighton do, Im with you tho, of late, the whole process seems incredibly scattergun in its approach
-
1st july anyone?
-
basically what happened with everton then
-
probably will be double figures but on appeal it will go down, they like to dance that dance, to show some flexing/peacocking
-
probably be like 7/8/9 and a fine, and being told we've been very naughty
-
theres probably more names i dont think we should but it certainly wouldnt shock any of us if they did, because the club is so scattergun with their approach
-
the 2 points sheff u got was for missing payments on agents fees or something; and I agree with you about the points deduction we'll get, it will probably be something like 12 but we'll appeal and get it down to 8/7 and as you also said, Rohl will look at us as a stepping stone, i think we all know that he will, anyone with a brain cell will see any progressive up and coming manager would, even Enzo, but least we'd get a fee with Rohl if he was to come and another club wanted him, unlike someone like Dyche, where well, you dont see clubs going out their way to get someone like him from another club thing is, the club need to have a succession plan, like Brighton do, already ear mark other managers of the same footballing ideology
-
-
and some of our fans thought our situation was bad, this is one of the reasons Rohl is rated so highly when youve got an owner like this in charge

well said tbh, I see where you are coming from in regards getting back into the prem etc, but frankly and honestly this club doesnt deserve to be, plan and simple, I love Leicester city, I love going to watch them etc, BUT and its a BIG BUT, the club has gone stale, arrogant, thinking they can just do what they do, treat the fans like complete and utter dirty etc so honestly a part of me is glad all the negativity around them atm, cos theyve deserved it with the gross mismanagment theyve done over the last 4 years the club has been on a path to shit's ville for a while, its plain to see, football is a fluid industry, forever moving etc, while we LCFC havent really, we might have moved to a shiny new training ground but the Dof etc arent moving with the times sadly, and its shown by the scattergun nature of recruitment in terms of manager and players; dont get me wrong Im not 100% against Dyche, Ill support him if he comes in, but he needs to give the kids a chance, Monga Evan Aluko Cartwright.....the youngest, they are the ones who are the light in this incredibly dark crap hole atm, Also on Dyche, look how bad they was the season just gone under him, pretty sure they was in and around us until they got Moyes and look how he turned them around, the same group of players, Moyes made Beto actually look good, while under Dyche he looked like prime Akinbiyi another huge factor against Dyche for me, is the fact hes good friends with Rudkin, that will certainly be a recipe for disaster i wonder how many of our fans want JR out but what Dyche in, and Dyche would easily be on the highest wage in the championship too, probably on a par with some within the premier league too, which given the stat we are in, is that really ideal theres no clear sign of a footballing identity either if we keep going from different style of managers too, you dont see brighton going from Hurzeler to Allardyce, they try and stick with a coach how has the same core footballing identity(possession based)as the last either way, I think some of our fans need to get kinda real with this season, i doubt we'll go up in the autos, maybe play off area. as we dont know what punishment the EFL will give out yet
-
true but then we've got the same thing again in getting rid of Dyche and the players he brings in, sadly its the same cycle
-
tbf I understand where you coming from with it, to say hes done nothing is a little disrespectful imo, he turned Sheff Weds around when they looked completely dead and buried, they should have beat us at their place too, has worked on a shoestring budget while hes been there too, adaptable as well. saying the club needs promotion, honestly i dont think it does, we need to rebuild more than anything, as if we go straight back up, i see up going straight back down, the foundations need to be rebuilt whoever comes in has a task on their hands, and even more so dealing with dumb and dumber as well
-
-
either way we are screwed, getting up we'd go straight back down again,
-
rohl more than dyche tbf
-
i know some of our fans are saying Dyche for the short term but we cant look at short term, for the pure fact of the mess the club is in we need a manager with a footballing ideology that the next manager can follow etc, a blue print, kinda like what Brighton do, and all due respect to dyche, not many managers nowadays play his way
-
there arent any jobs in the Bundersliga going atm, so he could be in for a wait
-
true, but it wouldnt shock me if he wasnt interested, give it like till november and i suspect he could be back at Burnley
-
https://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/leicester-city-next-manager-dyche-10300324 reports from the Mercury/Liverpool Echo saying hes not interested in returning to management at LCFC

Dyche not interested in becoming LCFC manager Liverpoo echo/Mercury https://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/leicester-city-next-manager-dyche-10300324
-
he wont leave besiktas for us
-
hopefully we dont, cos frankly a good number of us dont want him
-
nah its the other way around, least he'll be getting paid here so it will be like jumping from the fire into the frying pan
-
forgetting Gassama off that list too
