So so proud of everyone today, the players for an professional performance in terrible circumstances, the Cardiff fans (who I was sitting with) who, on the whole were terrific. But for me, today the winner was our support, the noise and passion coming out of the away end was phenomenal. The singing at the end when the team came over made my hairs stand on end, even the Cardiff fans applauded it. Well done all.

I went for subtlety today with a leicester pin badge as I’m in the cardiff end. So annoyed with myself for not wearing my shirt. I’m going to just offer the first person I see all my money, my phone and my children to have their scarf instead.

I couldn’t get away end tickets so I’m in with Cardiff, already know im going to get emotional watching the away support.

Woke up this morning and it took a second before I realised last night wasn’t a bad dream. Only crumbs of comfort have been from the wider football community who’ve taken the time to come on here with their condolences which means the world, thank you all. I live in Cardiff so I know all about the bloody rugby. We used to get free wales tickets through work, but was advised not to request any more tickets when someone complained that all I did during the match was watch the Leicester game on my phone.

Interestingly, this Guardian article from earlier on last season paints Puel in an entirely different light. Admittedly they finished poorly and also weren’t scoring, but they did seem to have a number of injuries. Not sure if this has been posted but a win on Sunday and defeat for Spurs would give Leicester the second biggest points margin at the top in English football history. James Richardson just mentioned it on the Guardian Football Podcast.
