Instead of docking points, couldn't they just automatically relegate them. -

If Birmingham were too go down... i think they bounce straight back up no problem theyve got the players. Just need to the find the right system. Also stick to one manager. Id be interested to know if Rowett would be given the job long term. I somehow dont think Mowbray will return to Birmingham i reckon he'll quit. Take a extra break of recovery. -

All the hype... this will end goalless! Won't be surprised if the cup game at old trafford 2 weeks back will have sucked all excitement and goals out of this one. -
If we secure the title This is how I'd like league to finish 1. Leicester City 2. Ipswich Town --------------------------------------------------------- 3. Leeds United 4. Southampton 5. West Bromwich Albion 6. Coventry City (Promoted via play offs) -controversial only cause I want the M69 Derby in the premier league --------------------------------------------------------- Relegation 22. Millwall 23. Birmingham City 24. Rotherham United

Shows how bad Daka is. -
Not sure what was wrong with that, seemed like they wanted to find something wrong after giving that pen.

YES YES YES! "Rodgers falling apart again!"
-
Get in! Come on Gers!

Chris Sutton being quite unprofessional on commentary, soft penalty I agree but I have seen them given and he's shouting cheating.

Leicester 2-1 Birmingham POST MATCH.

Should won more convincingly with the chances and a poor ref who missed two pen shouts. Birmingham defense wise dont look too bad, but their problems lie up to no attacking threat up top -
Come on Gers. To be honest i fancy a come back win. Rodgers expert at bottling... so rangers will win 3-2
-
Shame we are broke but if we went up and Southampton didnt id sign adam Armstrong.

I refused to leave to the end on this occasion, I felt something was deffo going to happen at the death. Last 30 minutes it was proper one sided and lots of huffing and puffing but just couldn't put it away. But it just felt like each time we looked like we were getting close. -

Todays win felt like the famous ulloa last minute winner against Norwich 2016. When we needed to grab a late winner after remaining frustrated for the last 85 minutes. To be honest we should have wrapped the game up sooner, Birmingham were awful and other than the accidentally equaliser they didn't really trouble us. But wins a win!! Top of the league, put small health alliance in the bottom three... so happy days. Wow what a roar from the kp when that last minute goal from mavaidi!! Bet you could hear that all the way in Hinckley!- 377 replies

What would it take to turn on the owners?
Leicesterpool replied to MattFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Don't forget Pearson's first push out of the door was down to Manadric, he brought Sousa in. Vichai and Top hadn't came in that stage and joined just before the season was due to begin. Most likely if Vichai had been in charge soon as the season had finished in 2010, Pearson would have stayed. Sven bless him was brought in part of marketing point to attract the fans back, help attract big names to the club and attract global interest. Some aspects it did work, Leicester achieved a new fan base in the far east, sadly due to Sven's over spending we never made that back. Pearson's return lets not forget was never plain sailing, it took us three years under his second spell to get promoted. Missing out in 2013 was a huge blow and financially didn't help either. Let's not forget COVID, no one predicted that, we were in the top four when covid struck. So whose knows what may have happened if that never unfolded. We were on form till then. -

Best way forward now is to change the target. Returning to the champions league dream needs to be stored away. We are lightyears away from that. Focus on getting promoted, survive and look to grow in the premier league set small targets like 3 years a top ten finish, 4-5 years target europa league or conference league. Look to improve the youth academy, invest more in that. Maybe looking at coaching staff. We certainly need to look at raising youngsters through the first team and get them ready for big time football. Also utilise our scouts again like we did to find up coming talent in France like knockaert, mahrez and kante. Wage budget needs to be rethought, sadly players like ndidi, vardy 😰, Albrighton, ward, daka, vestergaard, faers, nacho, pereira within the next two years. -

My fear we end going American owned which as we seen dont always work out. Can imagine there maybe more States side due to the interest from the Premier league win. Biggest fear is a mike ashley takeover. -

I cant turn on Top. Him and his late dad done wonders for the football club, the city and the local community. Probably the Midlands in general. I really want this mess to turn around. Would hate to see Top leave. People that need to go is Whelan and Rudkin. Big clean out of staff is required. Think the club needs to restart from scratch. Call it a restructure.
