Any idea if you can order it online/in England?

Hey hey, You've probably figured it out by now but yeah, get your mods straight through the work shop. Most are save game compatible, as are the building assets. There are sometimes mod conflicts but they usually get updated when a new patch comes out. Might be best off looking on the forums or on reddit. I've not played for months but I still follow posts on there. There's some fantastic looking game play mods and assests that weren't around when I played. Sometimes they can be a pain to find in the menus but I guess there's a chance they're not save compatible.

Despite missing the flight there and ending up going via Venice and only spending 3 days there...it was incredible. Beautiful country, fantastic people everywhere you go. Rent a car and go exploring, you won't regret it. We're already planning to go back in September. Highlights were... Lake Bled (we went on a gorgeous day and we must have only seen about 50 people on the whole walk round). Walking around Ljubljana and just chatting with everyone, enjoying the sunshine and the nice coffee and ice cream (Go to Cacao by the river). Drinking and eating at the brewery with some locals on St Patrick's day. We want to go back and vistit Piran, see the Postojna caves, and go canoeing down Soca River.

From personal experience I'd be tempted to recommend pushing him a bit. It's what I needed but he obviously might be different, it doesn't sound like he's going to address it by himself though. Don't be overly aggressive with it or take him by surprise, I think you'll need to have a chat about your concerns and just look to reassure him that this is okay. He might be unfamiliar with the feeling or think there's a stigma about this sort of stuff. I had an unhelpful GP as well and when you've had to build up to even getting out of bed to go see them and then you get knocked back with useless information and no interest it does take the wind out of you. I slumped back worse than I was before because of an uninterested, poorly trained GP so he might need dragging and if he's not confident in talking himself and you're worried they might fob him off again, maybe you could go in with him for support.

We probably drove past it in the taxi haha. The train ride from Villa Opicina to Ljub is pretty scenic, not a bad two hours at all, would have been even better if the sun was out.

There's a lot of sensible posters on there as a whole. The proper ones don't, they're one of the better sets of fans on the whole.

Bohinji is at the top of my list already as well as Kranjska Gora We actually arrived in Ljubljana via Trieste and Venice, didn't get to see Trieste though as we hopped straight to Villa Opicina to get the train to Ljub, it did look lovely on the train in through the hills and past the bay.

I didn't hear a single English accent there for the whole week if that's any indication. I'm not sure if it's because it's 'off season' but it was still very lively and the weather was gorgeous. Felt very relaxed and local if I'm honest.

Yeah, I did feel like the short amount of time we spent there on short notice and the lack of research could have been a factor. Don't think we'll be rushing back there but maybe one day. On the other hand Ljubljana and Lake Bled were incredible, definitely heading back before the end of the year.

Just made an unexpected call there for the evening last week. Missed flights to Slovenia so had to fly to Venice etc. Amazing architecture and beautiful to look at but I just found it abrasive and claustrophobic anywhere near the centre. People shoving roses at you, trying to get you to come into all the restaurants, all the shops selling the same tat. It felt rather soulless. Are there better areas?

Fvcking cars. Bracket on exhaust box slightly rusted through, yeah that'll be £270 please because they weld the brackets to the exhaust so the whole thing needs replacing if you want to get it fixed.

Why is there never anyone doing any work when there's temporary traffic lights up? Whole sections of road closed and nobody ever working on them, I see this every day whether it's morning, afternoon, evening or night time. Can anyone explain this?

I love how they all demand to be treated like cars when half of them just skip red lights when there's nothing coming or hop onto the pavement to avoid them. They're all *****.

Just drawing the week to an end with a nice chat with a Cardiff City fan about our chances, nice to hear the positivity still. Has put a smile on my face after a long week.
