How is it? I'm not saying don't make an effort, I'm saying there's ways that words or names that are pronounced in some languages that don't work in ours. Do you put on an an accent with any foreign words you say or just people's names? If you do you're being a bit divvy and if you don't then you're being hypocritical. When the same commentator is pronouncing names seemingly at random (Iwobi/Ih-wob-ee?) then it just comes across disingenuous anyway.

If it's tight they'll scan it, if nothings found then no reason why it can't be managed and he starts next game.
-
But it's not how we talk and it sounds stupid trying to do it. It's pronounced like that because the language has certain characteristics, characteristics we don't have in English so it just sounds silly.

Think it'll shake things up for the opposition as much as us. Perez or Nacho will take their chance. Personally, with Ricardo coming back I'd be looking in training at the possibility of Madders as a false 9 with Barnes/Albrighton/Under/Perreira moving into dangerous positions from out wide. We saw Pep do it with Messi and Villa and Pedro wide and now with KDB up front. It's a big switch up but it's something we should be considering with Maddison's talents. He's looking a lot more comfortable further forward and we have the personnel for it. Brentford could be an ideal opportunity to try these FM tactics.

Love his interviews, great lad. Stick around a few years and he'll have the captains armband.

It's not 'better' but it can be more authentic sounding. It's not as crisp and perfect than digital recordings.

I'm not sure, he seems less confident but he has a similar attitude and reminds me of Albrighton. Works hard, competent, potential to be dangerous but doesn't always pay off. He think he's definitely at his best when he's able to drift and find pockets of space, whether that's on the final ball, or carrying it up in the 10 position. It's why he's often more dangerous late game when we've switched the system up a bit.

Reminds me of Kingy in the way he's happy to receive the first ball from the back then make his way forward to take a return further up the pitch. Obviously likes to supply a bit more where Kingy liked to get onto the final ball but he has a great read of the game.

That'd be amazing but i feel like he should ply his trade with this team a bit longer, they seem to be in a good place and have a lot of potential. Port Vale is very high pressure, to keep them in the football league as a first time manager, hovering just above the relegation zone on a very poor run of results. I wouldn't take it. But if he can solidify them he makes a bit of a name for himself.

Anyone messing about with it with your pals? Good craic.

It was a unique take on the character and he stole the screen in every scene he was in...rebuttal?

I've just signed in and saw this message, cheers buddy! Used to love it on here but it took up way too much of my time and I moved on. I've been living outside of Leicestershire for a fair old while now, coming up on 10 years so I do feel a bit disconnected from the club at times. Most of my interaction is on telly and online these days. It felt like my whole footballing life led up to us winning the league and a year or so after that I think I was a bit mentally drained of football; which I'm okay with. How's everyone doing here?

http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/vegetables-recipes/veggie-chilli/ Had this last night, i'm not usually one for veggie dishes but this and the feta and spinach pie are making me think twice.
-
That exact recipe is a go to for me, quick and easy and I'll always be happy with it if im not feeling anything else.
-
Girlfriend cooked a feta, spinach and sundried tomato filo pie the other night, best thing i've ate in a while, tasty shit.

Erm....we haven't left the EU yet...

Anyone playing on PC? Heard the PC port is completely broken.

Someone described it as Truck Simulator in space. Which is fine, people like that. It just sounds like people were expecting this to be so much more than it is. Tbh I've not even glanced at a video post-launch so I've no idea what the issues are but lots of people seem to say they are enjoying it. Sounds like it's just fairly niche.

I've noticed this a lot just reading the odd thing here on there about it.

Oh yeah no worries, it just seems that from the patch notes and from what I've read those reviews mean less than nothing because it is not a game in it's pre-patch state. http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2016-08-08-our-no-mans-sky-review-will-be-late-and-heres-why
-
Looks like the patch went live yesterday, I can't find any post-patch reviews though (admittedly haven't looked very hard).

"The reality, learned after playing copies of the physical release bought from retailers and reading the recently-released patch notes, was that the game simply wasn’t done. There was no way for the press to play the finished version of No Man’s Sky; it didn’t exist." And from the developer: Sean Murray @NoMansSky If you are reviewing/playing our game without our update, on a leaked copy, then please don't. It's not what players will experience. 1:27 AM - 6 Aug 2016

Not been following this at all but doesn't the Day 1 patch change everything on a massive scale? As in, it's barely worth commenting on the game with the Day 1 changes to come. That's what I've read about it anyway.
