It's not a question of setting up a new forum. And as I have mentioned before treat everyone the same. I can't think that anyone who has made 20, 30 or 40K + comments on these boards has not erred from time to time.

You know as well as me there are some on these boards who appear untouchable and say what they like. That could be seen as favouritism. If Mark wants to run his forum like this and bin folk without explanation that's up to him, however, you would think fairness should prevail.
