I think that’s what we all assumed, as you confirm financially we have to wait. It all makes sense, I’d hope that it means the next manager is all lined up too. Though a sad state of affairs we are in this position though.

If fit, he is way too good to play in the championship. But the issue he's always had is he can't stay fit.

There are 2 things that can be true, we have made terrible decisions and PSR rules are poor and seems like they cause issues. Much of our decisions are influenced by what might happen with PSR and I think that has in turn made us make bad decisions and decisions we wouldn’t have made if PSR was t an issue. That said we only have ourselves to blame really.

But they aren’t in the financial mess we are.

Things taking time aren’t a new thing. The year we went to league 1 it was 20 days afterwards until we sack Holloway. Then just under a month until we appointed NP. Not saying it’s right how long things are taking, but I’d be very surprised if we had completely neglected any decisions. I just think it’ll be time before we hear.

That’s fine though, the manager won’t do those bits. Sport science will. Needs to be sorted asap but most important before proper pre season starts. We panicked and rush to appoint cooper last year, hopefully they have learnt a lesson. Or they are just being completely incompetent.

The club get a lot of stick. But if it’s all financial and we have to wait until July, makes more sense than some of the crazy decisions we have made.

Like Kasey, speaks so well, he cares. off the ball work rate is great, ok on the ball if instinct live but struggles when time and having to beat a man. Always thought he could be a decent 9 as he’s quick and a decent finisher.

Agree, I think loyalty is something lacking these days. But by all means keep JR around but as you say appointment a new sporting director.

I don’t have an issue with them doing this. Just doing this and seemingly ignoring the club. But plans might be in place but can’t announce yet. Hope that’s the case.

The main thing is that a manager/head coach is in place for Pre-season, I know the Premier League winning season we didn't, but we had Shakey and Steve Walsh about then. Then we are starting as we mean to go on tactically and fitness wise.

Could a potential sale be happening in the background? Hence why the complete silence? I don't think thats the case as I think we'd have heard something by now. Or something the club is working on.

Some of those names won't be here, well at east I don't think they will. Bilal will move on, Wilf will also I think, Hermansen will be one we want to cash in on. But if they did have that team and even if they didn't have Hermansen and Bilal its a team that more than competitive.
