There is another property in Glenfield, we also like and managed to put an offer which was accepted, it's a 3 bed semi detached house but has more potential than the other property plus also chain free and vacant possession so is ready to move into!, me and my wife want a project house, in the sense of making it more of our own the garage can be converted to a gym / utility room and the downstairs toilet is attached to a snug room, so we are thinking of making this another bathroom plus lounge / office space as well.

6 points deduction, isn't insurmountable for automatic promotion. The championship won't be as strong as last year imo, yes some teams have signed good players but we are a 20 goal striker away imo from getting automatic promotion imo.

My house is now SSTC and MoS issued, have put an offer for a home in Glenfield which we really like, and they accepted the offer, it's now SSTC, but waiting for the sellers to find a place, before the MoS is issued, hopefully the chain above is not too upward.
