Get Michael Carrick he would be far better than Marti.

I am expecting a manager to play our promising youth talent at this level to give then valuable experience because playing the likes of Faes / Vestergaard / Ayew etc is not helping our cause. We have better players in our youth set up give them a chance. If Marti was serious about enabling our future this is our future, playing the same old duffers week in and week out when we know what we are getting from them is piss poor.

He’s average we will be lucky to finish in the playoff positions at this rate , we should have gone all out for Rohl if we were serious about automatic promotion. Getting schooled by poor teams is not a recipe for promotion. With Hull and Millwall to come away from home we need to get 4 points from those games to get back on track if we get 2 draws or 1 point from those games, I wouldn’t be surprised if we make a managerial change.

If Marti starts Ayew yet again as our main striker he has well and truly lost the plot.

With the players we have we should be doing much better, but I think our board will be getting twitchy if results don’t improve in our next 4 games. we get 6 points from our next 4 games. 18 points in total from 12 games is not even playoff standard form. If the target is automatic promotion we need 9 points minimum, and with our squad we should be beating those teams quite comfortably, but anyway I like Marti I hope he can do the business, but the next 4 games are an acid test he needs to pass.

9 points from 12 available should be achievable: Against this opposition: Wrexham, Swansea , Portsmouth and Mauled by the Tigers FC anything less than 9 points I think Marti will be sacked.

If he fails to get us 3 wins from our next 4 games I think he will be sacked. He needs to seriously up his management game because tactically we are so far off it at the moment. Results wise we are ticking along but come the end of the day today we could easily find ourselves out of the playoffs and the pressure will be well and truly on.

If Marti doesn’t get wins against the likes of Wrexham, Swansea and Portsmouth I genuinely think he will be sacked, and we will bring in Rohl.

This is the game that defines Marti's credentials for us going forwards imo, we know despite our issues off the pitch, that the board won't accept anything less than 2nd spot this season, so we need to maintain a 2 ppg average, beat West Brom we are on track.

Carranza has to start imo, persisting with Ayew from the start of games is plain daft (impact sub more beneficial for us).
