I've been again and a different GP doesn't think its a cyst, she wants to rule out Lymphoma as it could be that. Positives are that it is a single lump, no size increase over time, the "only" symptoms I have of that is occasional night sweats but to me that doesn't concern me either as day to day I'm always hot, very rarely do I get cold. The other positive I am taking is that she wants to send me for an ultrasound to identify it properly, but I was told that the lump is too small to meet the criteria for an ultrasound so it is likely to be rejected. I see that as a positive that if there were multiple lumps or a larger sized individual lump, I would've got the ultrasound with no questions. I'm glad I went, who knows what to come, appreciate Izzy posting because that is definitely what prompted me. Let's see!

The Padel Barn is a terrible venue, if anyone needs a court don't go there under any circumstances it really isn't worth your time travelling over there. The atmosphere is rubbish too, they don't do a decent coffee, its no good in the winter despite being indoors. I'd never book in advance either it's never busy so you'll always get in after work, no trouble. 🙃 P.s please don't steal my court

Got to try and avoid as many spoilers as possible before Friday which is realistically my first opportunity to watch it. It'll sure bring the feels back less than a week out from it starting all over again!

Great sport, been playing it since January and it's so addictive to play.

So sad, particularly so close to The Masters and as he'd been harping on about potentially coming back and now the house of cards comes crumbling down again. I'm honestly gutted. Not even because he would win, but him just being there is so great for the sport. The 2019 Masters was insane, honestly one of the greatest comebacks of all time. The Three zeros on the breatherliser tells you it's painkillers/meds from all the surgeries but why oh why he doesn't just have a driver paid £50k a year to just drive him round I'll never know. He has plenty of money to take himself out of harm, particularly so close to Augusta. Even if he couldn't make the main tour, having him on the Champions Tour would be amazing but even that seems a bit of a pipe dream now. It's proper heartbreaking, I thought we had got past all this in honesty and this one has to signal the end of him as a player unfortunately.

Just got back from Seville earlier this week and a similarly depressive feeling being back here! Cracking city, really enjoyed Seville.

Not surprised given his talent and how far he hits the ball that he's doing well stateside. I expected him to do well from the get go, but calmed the expectations with all that's been going on with his kid, seems it hasn't impacted his golf too much. Either that or it is just fuelling him even more!

Hmm, this and subsequent posts makes me think about mine again, funnily enough in a similar position on the back left of my neck. I went once probably 4 years ago now and had it checked, they said it was a cyst and it would just stay there forever unless it caused me any issues as the area that would require the operation is sensitive. So if I can leave it, basically do so. Prompted me to go again nonetheless so thanks and I hope yours does not cause you any trouble.

LCFC 2-0 Bristol City, post-match thread

No humour for me in this club being where it is right now, after where it has been in the last 10 years. Should never have happened and quite frankly even being above the dotted line at the end of the season is still an embarrassment. -
Thing is, we will only sign JJ to activate our clause and sell him on. Can't see him staying either from a financial or a "I want to" perspective. But yes, penalty aside, Nelson was superb and definitely on the keep list.
-
Point 3 is a big one. Losing JJ and Fatawu, probably Winks too significantly damages the quality of the side. Might even have clubs sniffing around Nelson. It's a huge rebuild job and now he's here, I'd fancy Rowett to be the man. Mid table would do me just fine, although like others I suspect it may be a bit worse than that.

He does this all the time and it infuriates me. Not just him, any professional footballer, but he does it more than most. Ball going out of play or nowhere, Thomas stupidly runs into the back of them causing an absolutely needless free kick. How professional footballers continue to not recognise these situations blows my mind. The Thomas one tonight you could see coming an absolute mile off, running full pelt straight into the back of him, just pure stupidity. That being said, he was a lot better tonight overall.

Hated the line up but a big win, Bristol were very poor but the effort was there tonight and everyone put bodies on the line for the clean sheet that finally came. Nelson, penalty incident aside, was superb. Thomas and Okoli also very good. Huge moment from Jakub with the penalty save, glad for him and the defence to get a clean sheet. However, best player on the park was Oli Skipp, absolutely superb. Ran the show, calm, composed and put a foot in when it needed it too. Must build on it Saturday, another huge opportunity to move up the table. -

No, but still some things to have a nibble at: Paddy £5 free bet Bet365 £5 money back if your horse loses the first race William Hill any favourite to win a race on day 1, boosted to even money. That's about as good as it gets for existing customers unfortunately. -
Always love the 4 days of the Festival, anyone going this year? Tomorrow looks set to be a cracker, looking forward to the first race already which has plenty of potential winners! Plenty of bookies offers for those looking to take part but similarly I'm conscious the Gambling Addiction thread is also in particularly close proximity.. Anyway, enjoy the 4 days!

Non-League Football 25/26

The only downside I've spotted is the keeper going down "injured" tactic breaks has entered non league as well, bar that I love it. -

Will be giving up my season ticket to go non league next year, even if my chosen Barwell get relegated. I love going. -

There has been some real shocking scenes in non league recently, there's the other video where the #9 inexplicably stamps on the defenders ankle, disgusting. I'd be surprised if he's allowed to ever play again. -
He's the closest to prime Tiger in terms of consistency in recent memory. Others have had good stretches, but not for the length of time that Scottie has.
-
I admire your optimism, so tell me.. Look at the next 6 league fixtures and tell me where we win a game? So that leaves 11 games remaining, 9 points deducted and then only 33 available. We are in huge trouble.
