I haven't seen anyone trying to justify him. -

What's your point? The squad is still woeful. -
I noticed that no Ipswich fans, players or staff were applauding Vardy when he got substituted. Dunno but felt a bit small time from them tbh. Think a big club would have joined in with it all. Bit tin pot. Dunno if that's just me.

What's jibberish about it? We don't have Xavi, Iniesta and De Bruyne sat on the bench. All of our midfielders are not good enough for this level. It's an undeniable fact that has been proven all season long. You're the type that would clamour for Ayew and Reid when Mavididi can't beat a man and looks like he can't be arsed. You think the grass is greener with other players yet it's just not the case. The whole team is pathetic and not good enough for this level. Im not going to defend his man management, tactics or his style of play because it's clearly awful but claiming his selections are bad is just a stupid argument because the whole squad is not up to it barring maybe El Khannouss and Hermansen. The fault of that does not lie with the manager. -

The important words in this post. Braybrooke couldn't get a game up in Dundee or wherever he was. He's miles of Premier League level. -

Mavididi is injured. Okoli is going. Ward or Iverson is like choosing between drowning or being burned alive. There is no combination of midfielders that can cope. We've literally seen every single combination of midfielders multiple times this season. There's nothing he can do personnel wise because the squad is ****ing horrendous. -

Facundo Buonanotte or Caleb Okoli will not be here next season. Absolutely no reason for either to play. -

Never really understand what people get annoyed about with regards to team selections. We don't have the players to put out a good starting 11. Not really sure who people think is sat on the bench/in the stands that is going to make a difference. The questions to ask yourself on a day like today are things like Soumare or Skipp. Both tripe. -
Was fairly sure they were going to announce the renaming of a stand today. Weird that all he got was a book and a little statue IMO.

The man baby made sure to walk down the guard of honour to milk the applause for himself.

Could UFS not have delivered a more memorable and meaningful display? Corporate tat. Those hanging banners were laughably bad.
-
Vardy was asked to say something to the fans and he paused. Loud 'sack the board/we want Rudkin out' rang out around the ground while Vardy just grinned.

I think he can leave with his head held high. Clearly not up to a standard needed to keep this shambolic team competitive at this level but he's kept his dignity. Shame it didn't work for him here but we need to rip the bandage off with a total rebuild for next season. We can't be going into the season with people who have been so involved with this season's **** up. The issues at the club run far deeper than with him. -
Grew into the game. Thought that he was poor in the first half but was a real threat in the 2nd.
-
Was Birch there today?
-
Played well today. Easy to get stuck in against a lad like Hutchinson whose legs are that thin they're probably see through but still. Developed a gob on him too. Not afraid to have a go at people around him.

I always thought i'd be bitter to see another non-sky 6 club win the FA Cup but I was chuffed for Palace yesterday. One end of Wembley full of families desperate to see their club win it, the other full of people who couldn't give two shits. While Liverpool fans weren't as bad as Man City were, it's quite refreshing to see two sets of loud and proud fans walk away from Wembley with the cups instead of Sky 6 fans.

Hindsight. There would have been outrage if we spent £7.5m on Akgun. A bloke that couldn't get a game for us in the Championship.
-
West Ham now have the opportunity to do the funniest thing.
-
That Tyrique George is the spitting image of Bukayo Saka.
-
Chelsea just casually knocking it around in the middle during a must win game looking completely toothless and completely vulnerable to the counter.
-
Jamie Redknapp really is as thick as ****. That screenshot clearly shows that Maguire's knee is offside yet he's whinging about Maguire's shoulder.
-
The best player of all time was painfully one footed.
-
****ing annoying when really the only reason we'll be selling him is because we're struggling to pay cumbersome centre halves in their 30s 80+ grand a week. A massive overhaul of the wage structure is so far overdue that it's not even funny. That said, if we get 25m+ for a youngster that has played about 10 games for us... it probably has to be seen as good business. (even though he has the potential to be worth much more in the future).

Pointless article. Only says Ruud would be interested in staying on, which we all know is true because he's not walking into a job even close to this in terms of stature or pay if he were to leave.
