The PL are an absolute mess. Their lawyers bills now are about £130m per year!!! They haven’t got a clue and aren’t fit for purpose. They are being played by the red cartel, which are yank owned, and they want full control over the other owners.

I quite agree but they can afford to service the debt.

The PL have introduced these restrictive rules so why shouldn’t clubs try to avoid them. If clubs have to meet their 30th June surely they can sell players to meet it. The PL are ruining this product and are making it worse. Ratcliffe is moaning already that the big six haven’t got enough power.

This is from a Man City forum and how true it is: The red cartel plus spurs (ha ha!!) are trying to restrict all investment / trading/ enterprise by any club as they didn’t think of it first. When the light goes on it appears they start to try and create a route around what they introduced in the first place. Masters is obviously tongue tied and twisted.. and they all wonder why successful clubs question their motives and new rules… It’s ****ed.

Even Man United are hiring a lawyer to challenge the rules they helped bring in. I think scruffy Jim is starting to see what Man City are up against!! Yes I realise that, but we go £35m over our allowance and it’s a point deduction. I firmly believe all the charges against Man City are being brought at the behest of Liverpool, Man United and Arsenal . They’ve too much influence over the PL, which isn’t exactly clean themselves.

As has been alluded to, how can Man United have a billion pounds of debt whilst still be within PSR rules? The Arab owners are looked upon as thieves, but the Yanks are honest investors!! Once the Yanks have 14 owners it’ll be no relegation and games in the US.

I’m of the same opinion. What other industry limits the amount of investment you want to make? During the 70/80’s Liverpool and United had the biggest investors. Whatever system you have some clubs will always have larger incomes.

Chelsea are allowed to sell to themselves a hotel and parts of their training ground. And this money can be used to meet their FFP/PSR obligations. Doesn’t seem right to me.

Southgate should’ve taken Grealish, Rashford and Mitchell as LB. He’s playing 3 RB’s in the team ffs!! Trent is a vanity project, why not play Mainoo or Gallagher. Or move Bellingham alongside Rice and Foden as a ten🤷‍♀️
