It’s not about him being ex Forest. We love O’Neill and he was ex Forest. It’s just that he isn’t tactically good enough to keep us in this league. I’m not even sure I fully understand what he was trying to do today. We had a system last season that was drilled into the players. It wasn’t rocket science but it worked. Okali, Victor and Reid don’t improve this team from last season. We’ve gone backward by selling KDH and we’ve gone further backward by adopting the tactics that would be employed by a bloody Zebra!
