It's been reported that we're looking to sell him permanently this week. Regardless of whether we're looking to sell him to bring someone in, or we're just trying to raise funds for whatever reason, waiting until the last few days of the window is objectively stupid, why are you sticking up for these wasters who are running the club into the ground with their incompetence?

Most clubs don't wait until the day before the window ends before they start trying to sell players to fund a deal. We've only just started trying to seek a permanent deal for Cannon in the last few days. If we knew we had to sell to buy, and we wanted Ioannidis then we should have got moving before now. That's why we're ridiculous.

Likely we know what it'll take price-wise already, and we're seeing if we can raise that cash before the deadline. Ridiculous club.

Someone may as well use Cannon as he's sure-as-shit not getting any minutes here.

He's 21 and scored 1-in-3 for one of the worst sides in the league last season, don't really get where all this 'he's ****ing shit' stuff is coming from? Better than Daka. Plenty of young players have gone to Chelsea recently and stalled, doesn't mean their careers are over.

I'm what would probably be classed as a higher earner, and I'm very, very happy to pay more tax IF it actually goes on making this country a better place to live, and a country that works for everyone. Fund public services, invest in the country. I'm so sick of having to wait a week for a GP appointment, walking down streets with boarded up shops and rubbish floating around, bins collected intermittently, roads filled with potholes - the country is falling to bits, it's no surprise that we're going to have to pay to sort it out. The social contract has been broken in this country and we have such a perverse relationship with tax - people should contribute based on what they can afford, and the government has a responsibility to spend that money wisely. Instead, no-one wants to pay tax and successive govts just spunk our money up the wall anyway.

Not a chance they go for that, this is probably the biggest sale they'll ever make as a club - what if he comes over here and breaks his leg? Make no mistake, they will want hard cash - whether that's in instalments or all up front, they're absolutely not going to be letting him go on loan for a season for a fraction of what they could get if they just sold him.
