I wouldn’t give up so easily. Things look crap now, but club itself is still an exciting proposition to any potential investor/buyer. There is trophy recency bias. The facilities are fairly attractive. King Power have acquired all of the land near the stadium which if the permission is extended somehow would still represent a good opportunity for development. Look at how fast it’s turned around for Birmingham. Things are going well over there at the moment, but it doesn’t necessarily mean they’re going to be on a mad climb all the way. As for Forest as we know, you’re only as good as your last window/season and this will be a massive challenge for them. Before we start really rocking in the corner let’s just wait and see how things play out.
