As others have said, it’s just ordered through the club shop and you email in with your order number to get it removed (or order one that doesn’t have the crap sponsor on).

Preston seem to be intimating it was Lowe’s choice, but then if he was struggling that badly with it, surely just call it quits before pre season gets fully underway? - To be fair, in a normal setting he probably is down to earth. I wonder when in the season this was taken. Before Bayern came in for him, I can imagine Kompany must have felt under a lot of pressure. Doesn’t justify the treatment of Gudmundsson though.
