  1. I do, I’m just multitasking….
  2. Yeah I know. It’s a loan which tiggers an obligation to buy if the condition are met like promotion. Similar to when we loaned Fatawu, it became a obligation once we achieved promotion. Treadmills and foxetalk at the same time is tricky, I’m have to breath, walk, type, it’s difficult…..
  3. They are loans with obligations to buy at those fees, they aren’t guaranteed. We could be sitting here with the players return in June with no money as the obligation criteria haven’t been met. 100% we would have accept those if they straight up transfer's.
  4. Brighton don't have a recall option, we would have to agree to send him back.
  5. I think we would have jumped at the money upfront, I could still see him leaving if they come back with a better offer with money upfront.
  6. Which is why it a rebuild.
  7. Total reset. Most of our PSR troubles will be behind us after this season.
  8. They aren't unbelievable as we stand to make very little if the clubs involved don't achieve the obligation in the loans.
  9. Or £0 if Sunderland don't get promoted.
  10. It doesn't matter of we are never getting paid, both deals where based of obligations only if conditions are meet. So we lose two squad on a gamble we may or many not get paid. I'm sure if the deals had been a straight up transfer we would have sold both.
  11. Add to that little chance at getting paid, based on obligation that Sunderland need to get promoted.
  12. I going to revise my prediction of 2 signings to 0
  13. It's a obligation based on meeting conditions. Same as Fatawu was a obligation if we went up.
  14. It only if they get promoted.......
  15. But you're only getting it if they are promoted! Which is a gamble
  16. Depends how much it was up front. The 8m will be if they get promoted. The loan fee will be minimal
  17. Having calmed down. It will be an obligation based on promotion which doesn't help us if they don't go up
  18. Pretty sure they would be happy for us to sell.
  19. He is the sort of guy, you'd offer him the asking price for his house he would say no. Offer him 20k over he will say no because he thinks it is worth even more. Just because you want it.
  20. I can only assume we could see ourselves getting a replacement in time. I would have kept Alves and took the risk.
  21. Hopefully they still want Coady!
  22. That's my take, he could cost us less. We could also get a small fee as you could argue Coady is younger so worth more.
  23. If his wages are less than Coady and his contract is the same I'm all for it!
  24. Mate, you didn't predict a swap with Dawson when you wrote this!
