  1. Coady isn't strengthening Wolves. He couldn't get a game in the championship, how has his leadership helped us exactly? If it's about having someone in the dressing room who is a leader we may as well get Big Wes back as a cheerleader!
  2. The bloke couldn't get in our Championship side.
  3. Still think he's a better player then Coady!
  4. At least we will have one CB who can head a ball.
  5. Still better then Coady at 34
  6. I bet we wanted a loan!
  7. I would stay Lindelöf is more likely if fit.
  8. Not a high bar to be fair!
  9. The header room will be reduced by 22 odd million. The losses that drop off are triple that! Add to that all of the relegated clubs will be in the same boat and they will all still have more budget than the other Championship clubs.
  10. Palace isn't taking EO back. Of course its a risk, but as it stands we are down, Facundo isn't keeping us up. But a CB on loan who is a leader and can shore up the defence could, similar to the Huth move in 14/15. It is a gamble but we have nothing to lose.
  11. We will still be in a better position. When we went down last time our combined loss for T-1 and T-2 where -170m (- around 35 million for allow loses) T-1 and T-2 will be less than -100m this time around. (- around 35 million for allow loses) So yes we will have less headroom but will have massively fewer losses to account for.
  12. There is much in it stats-wise goals are equal, and Facundo has a couple of assists. I just think Facundo is better in he position El Khannouss is playing, but he isn't getting in front of him. He has been doggo playing wide. I can see us trying for a winger and using the loan space for a CB. I rather us keep him, but if it the only way we can do business so be it. We need to change something!
  13. Any half-decent one will think I can be the first choice over those 4 jokers!
  14. I think people turn a blind eye to his weakness. We have to try to do something if it is a way of getting a CB in.
  15. He has been poor for a while for me, lost count of the amount of time he gives the ball away in terrible areas, poor work rate and doesn't work back. Started the season brilliantly but has been on the decline for a while. Compare him with Bilal El Khannouss, who running his balls off.
  16. The reason Buonanotte will leave is the progress of Bilal El Khannouss. RVN can't seem to get them in the same side. If that allows us a loan that can fit in the team shape better so be it. Use the loan for a CB and bring in a couple of cheap wingers.
  17. I talking about our budget setting for the 25/26 if we return to the championship which will be impacted by the 3-year cycle -(23/24- 24/25- 25/26) 23/23 is relevant for the current PSR reporting cycle - (22/23 - 23/24- 24/25) It will have no bearing on our budget setting for the 25/26. PSR is T = current season + T - 1 AND T - 2
  18. At 21 at least he can develop into a decent player.
  19. The only way I'd sell Wilf is if we can get the Dutch lad in from OHL quickly.
  20. Oldfield and Gibson were the CM pairing when I starting going down Filbert St. Skippy loved a step over.
  21. I don't think it will be on a shoestring The biggest issues from a PSR/P&S were the mammoth losses in 21/22 and 22/23., which will drop off. We have some sellable assets
  22. Need him to have a good 6 months. We could do with the likes of him and Nelson being a big part of our future. Nelson has proved he can play at the Championship level, hopefully, Will can too! Good luck!
  23. Say what you want about Wilf but we collected 14 pts with him and 3 without him this season.
