  1. I don't think it's about cash. But I wouldn't trust any trust any fee between two PL clubs, lot of inflating fees and dodgy deals to circumnavigate PSR.
  2. 4-3-3 similar to what Liverpool did under Klopp, very workman like midfield.
  3. I 'd take him, but his very inexperienced, what's he played roughly 1000 senior minutes.
  4. Not sure he's ready to make a difference for us.
  5. That's life, there will be plenty of business done in the last 2 weeks.
  6. We will 100% buy a striker
  7. My guess before we started was we would spend 80m, based on the fact its add around 16m per year on to our amortisation. We have spent roughly around 50m so far I think we will spend another 30m odd.
  8. Have you seen him play?
  9. People are odd. He's doggo. People need to look at his record before getting upset.
  10. Poor goal keeping
  11. You're a little ray of sunshine......
  12. I think you are very optimistic. Liverpool make amends, we wouldn't have to take them to tribunal if they wanted to make amends
  13. But that not true is it? Tribunal hasn't happened and we will do well to get a million up front and we my be lucky to get 4m or 5m with lots of add ons. Do you consider Carvalho wasn't interested?
  14. But they have to be complaint first PSR calculation at the end of there first season in PL which uses there pervious Championship accounts, so that door is bolted to some extent. So would you expect the PL to be asking a team which was relegated from the PL to the Championship, then League 1 to provide a PSR calculation? They would still be in the 3 year cycle? This is the problem when you have two different governing bodies in one league system. It was unpaid transfer fees. I just think people are over estimating PL desire to support the EFL.
  15. What advantages does it have for the PL to enforce a EFL sanction? It just gives them more crap to deal with. I think it very telling PL CEO Richard Masters, they need to sort things as per this quote below. "So we're not talking about financial regulations and rules all the time, but we're talking about football. That's what we would prefer and that's what we want to get back to and that's what we're driving towards." I don't think there will be any appetite to deal with stuff that isn't theirs to deal with. Sheffield U were sanctioned by the EFL mid season but there points deduction was carried over to this seasons EFL.
  16. 100% has more chance here then at Chelsea. He will get games for us, I'm just saying he wasn't signed as a starter.
  17. He was always signed as one for the future.
  18. It does as we weren't a PL club so we don't come under their rules for that period so don't have to summit a PL PSR calculation. For 22/23, we were in the PL so had to submit and pass PSR calculation for 20/21-21/22-22/23 cycle. We don't have to do submit a PL PSR submission for 23/24 as we are in the Championship and have to adhere to their rules and have to do a submission to the EFL. In 24/25 we are in the PL again so will have to submit a calculation for PSR cycle for 22/23-23/24-24/25 which then does use the 23/24 championship season as part of the calculation. The PL uses accounts for the calculation PSR from when clubs are outside of the PL but they are only interested in the outcome when you are in the PL. There only interest in our Championship season will be for the PSR calculation at the end of this season. That's what trying to say but maybe not very clearly.
  19. Nope. Their actually PSR offence was committed in the PL season, the championship years are included in the calculation as years -3 and - 2 but they went over the limit in year -1. It that makes sense.
  20. Not a chance the PL deducted points for a championship offence.
  21. The reason I say that is I think we had the Skipp deal done for a while. I don't mind loans if they are with a option or obligation, in fact it could do us a favour. I suspect will 100% do another PL loan deal. I still think there is a lot of action to be done by a lot of clubs.
  22. I think we will bring in a CF, CAM and LB for money and maybe another CF or CAM on loan. Always thought we would spend around the 80m mark, sort of around 10m to 15 m on our yearly amortisation depending on contract lengths. I think the Hložek loan deal was us trying to be smart rather than having no money and it just bit us on the ass.
